"Responding to the invitation of the Holy Spirit, Friars Minor today, let’s work more with humility and passion for the renewal and the influence of our Franciscan identity"
Indeed, since this evening of Monday, June 04, the Provincial Chapter 2022 of the Province of the Incarnate Word of West Africa has opened at the Monastery of Saint Clare of Aképé (Lomé) by the Office of Vespers during which, brother Marcel TSHIKEZ, President of the Chapter, delivered the opening remarks.
According to him :
"... The chapter is for us a moment of prayer and of listening to God. But also a time of celebrating the joy of the children of God who have come from the four corners of the horizon in the name of fraternity..."
For the smooth running of the Chapter, he gave some advice.
This is how Brother Marcel declared open, the provincial chapter 2022 at 6:55 p.m.

En effet, depuis ce soir du lundi 04 juin, s'est ouvert le Chapitre Provincial 2022 de la Province du Verbe Incarné de l'Afrique de l'Ouest au Monastère Sainte Claire d'Aképé (Lomé) par l'office des Vêpres durant lequel, le frère Marcel TSHIKEZ, Président du Chapitre, a prononcé le mot d'ouverture.
Selon lui :
"... Le chapitre est pour nous un moment de prière et d'écoute de Dieu. Mais aussi un temps de célébrer la joie des enfants de Dieu venus des quatre coins de l'horizon au nom de la fraternité..."
Pour la bonne marche du Chapitre, il a donné quelques conseils.
C'est ainsi que le frère Marcel déclara ouvert, le chapitre provincial 2022 à 18h 55.
